Custom Manufacturing FAQs
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom designs?
Our typical MOQ is 300–500 pcs per style/color depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship and fabric requirements. We also support lower trial order quantities for newly developed designs.
How long does custom sample development take?
Usually 5–7 business days after design confirmation. If customized fabric dyeing or specialized embroidery molds are required, it may take 7–10 days. We provide high-res photos and express physical delivery.
Can you do custom retail packaging and Amazon barcode labeling?
Yes, 100%. We provide full packaging customization including color boxes, custom header cards, hangtags, master carton drop-test packaging, and Amazon FNSKU/UPC barcode labeling.
What are your accepted payment terms and trade terms?
We offer standard international trade terms including FOB (Shenzhen/Shantou), CIF, and DDP (door-to-door). Payment terms are typically 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.
